Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Network Brainiacs is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test key pages regularly and address issues as they are identified.

What We’ve Done

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks and heading order
  • Alt text on content imagery; decorative images marked as such
  • Keyboard-navigable components, including menus, modals, and form controls
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA ratios in both light and dark themes
  • Text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Forms with associated labels, clear error messaging, and programmatic validation feedback
  • Breadcrumb navigation and descriptive link text
  • A dark-mode toggle for users who prefer lower-contrast viewing

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is a moving target, not a one-time project. We continue to audit new pages and features, add captions and transcripts to video content, and fold accessibility checks into our design and code review process. Some third-party embeds (scheduling, video, and form vendors) are outside our direct control; we select vendors that prioritize accessibility and flag issues to them when we find them.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known issues include:

  • Some older blog or case-study images may be missing descriptive alt text — we are auditing and backfilling.
  • Embedded third-party widgets (scheduling calendars, video players) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every state.
  • PDFs produced prior to 2024 may not be tagged for screen-reader use. If you need one in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide an alternative.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

The site is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and with operating-system accessibility features, when used with recent releases of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter a barrier or have a suggestion, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
