How is this different from buying Power BI or Tableau?+
Licenses are the easy part. The hard work is the data plumbing, the role-based views, the maintenance when the underlying tools change, and the training so your team actually uses it. That's what we do.
Do you build on top of our existing data sources, or do we start fresh?+
Almost always on top of what you have. Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Connectwise, Autotask — we integrate with what you already pay for.
How long does a typical build take?+
Prototype in 1 week. Live version in 4–8 weeks depending on scope. Complex multi-source builds can take 12 weeks, but you see working versions all along.
Who owns the code when you're done?+
You do. We build in your tenant, on your cloud account, with documentation and training. Our maintenance retainer is optional — if you have an internal team who wants to take it over, that's fine.
Can you show us something you've already built?+
Yes. OperationMSP — our own MSP operations platform — is a live example we run every day. We can demo it plus two or three client builds on a discovery call.
