What you'll do

  • Desktop, hardware, OS, and application troubleshooting (Windows / Mac / Linux)
  • Windows Server: Active Directory, group policies, patching, backups
  • Network equipment: routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs
  • Google Workspace + Microsoft 365 administration
  • Document solutions in IT Glue and use RMM tools to get ahead of issues

What we're looking for

  • Associate's in IT / CS (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 3+ years in an MSP environment (required)
  • Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VPN fluency
  • Datto RMM, Autotask, IT Glue proficiency

What you'll do

  • Ship 8+ content pieces per month across channels
  • Own CRM data integrity in Keap
  • Run email campaigns and support SEO initiatives
  • Coordinate trade shows and webinars
  • LinkedIn outreach on behalf of leadership

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years marketing or marketing ops experience
  • CRM proficiency (Keap preferred) + email marketing tools
  • Social tools (Buffer, Meta Suite) and Google Analytics
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus

How we hire

From application to “you’re in” — seven stages.

Every stage is deliberate. No one gets hired at Network Brainiacs off a good resume and a gut feel — you’ll meet the team, the CEO, and HR before a single dollar is offered.

    Character & skills assessment

    Every role links to a required assessment — soft skills, character, and role-relevant aptitude. We don't review resumes without it, and we read every completed one. No score, no next step.

  2. STEP 02
    15–20 min · on your own time

    One-way video interview

    Strong assessments move to a recorded video interview. Just you and the camera, answering our questions at your pace. Our team reviews as a group so you're not judged by one person's bad day.

  3. STEP 03
    15 min · scheduled

    Alignment call with the CEO

    A quick call with Victor to make sure we're on the same page — salary, hours, commute, what you're looking for. Short and direct. No sales pitch.

  4. STEP 04
    30–45 min · scheduled

    HR interview

    A deeper conversation on culture fit, references, background, and logistics. The point is to make sure this is a place you'd thrive — not to trip you up.

  5. STEP 05
    45–60 min · scheduled

    Team interview on Teams

    You meet the people you'd actually work with — full team video call. If the team says yes, you're in. If they don't, we tell you why and how.

  6. STEP 06
    15–30 min · scheduled

    Offer call from the CEO

    If the team votes yes, Victor calls you personally to make the offer. No email surprise. You get to ask anything and take the night to think it over.

  7. STEP 07You’re hired
    Same week

    Offer letter + you're in

    The offer letter lands in your inbox. You sign it and send it back — that's when it's official. We kick off onboarding and plan your first week.
