Fulfillment Policy

Network Brainiacs aims to provide excellent services and products. This fulfillment policy covers order fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
1. Order Fulfillment
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Customers receive a confirmation email with purchase details and estimated delivery times.
Shipping
Various shipping options are available with costs and times varying by method and destination. A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent upon dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be delayed due to weather or carrier issues. Customers can track shipments using the tracking numbers provided.
2. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund by contacting support@networkbrainiacs.com with the order number.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled; customers must use the return process instead.
3. Refund Policy
Eligibility
Physical products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Digital products and services are eligible for refund within 14 days if unused.
Return Process
Contact support@networkbrainiacs.com with the order number and reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or company error.
Processing
Refunds are approved or rejected after inspection and processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, downloadable software, installed hardware, and personalized items are non-refundable, as are returns after 7 days.
4. Exchange Policy
Defective or damaged products may be exchanged within 14 days by contacting support@networkbrainiacs.com.
